More about me

I've been in a few industrys now, starting with radio, I was in that industry for just over seven year, I was what's known as a multi market commercial producer. When I left, I went back to school in 2022 to take office administration! After a few years, I wasn't enjoying my time.

Now, I'm looking to fulfill my life long passion of persuing a career in IT: Programming!

When it comes to school, I give my 100% on everything I do! Head on over to the portfolio page for a glimpse on some of the projects I've been working on!

My Learning Narrative:

I am a motivated individual with hands-on experience in both the radio and television industries, as well as in health administration. Currently, I'm a student eager to turn my life around by diving into the world of programming; an avenue I wish I had explored back in 2010. Over the years, I've gained a clearer understanding of how I learn best:

in structured settings, through practical experience, and by revisiting foundational concepts. I place great importance on clear documentation, writing maintainable code, and adhering to the principle of continuous improvement, rather than rushing to master advanced tools and concepts.

I believe that mistakes are valuable learning opportunities rather than setbacks to be dreaded.

What are my goals for the future?

  • Strengthen my fundamentals in programming, especially in problem solving and code readability

  • Build several small but complete projects that demonstrate my learning process
